Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 5:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. Our preferred carriers for domestic shipments are Evri, DPD UK, and Yodel.
Domestic Shipping (Standard):
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after order processing.
Domestic Shipping (Expedited):
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after order processing.
International Shipping:
Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days (including processing and transit time).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (when available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window: Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Return Shipping: In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with your order details and supporting photos or videos.
